Description:   Standing, draped, frontally-posed, four-square figure carved from Ionic architrave block; feet parted, pointed forward. Statue unworked on left side; back roughly finished. Wears ankle-length tunic beneath heavier cloak open along right side; drapery falls in broad, shallow vertical folds coming to rest on shoes which peek from beneath; right shoe slip-on with high tongue and back, pointed toes andthin soles with details incised; left shoe unfinished;Stands on rectangular plinth joined with drapery at bottomback side; plinth retains three fasciae of architrave blockand 1/2 inscribed letter on top fascia; frieze with mouldings cut away. Running drill used to separate hem of cloak from plinth; traces of point and punch on plinth. Traces of blue (modern?) paint above left foot and along right side.
Material:   White marble
Condition:   Fragment. Figure preserved from waist to plinth; edges of drapery chipped; surface weathered and stained.
