Bits of bronze, iron slag and bones.
Notes:   In both a good run of coins with a concentration in and cut off at the date-bracket 383-395 A.D. A few of these coins of the 380s and early 390s are in fairly fresh condition, but the majority show some if only slight wear. this of course is quite acceptable for a destruction of 396 since most such coins would have been in circulation for 10 to 15 years by then. There is consequently every reason to date the deposit and strosis just after the date of the latest coins in them.
