This thick strosis of rubbly fill (ca. 20-25 cm. thick) covered all of Room 4, having been laid directly over two pithoi covers and a hearth (elev. of pithoi covers and hearth = ca. 53.45 masl). Perhaps a leveling course laid beneath a habitation layer?
