Description: | Broken to left, right, below and behind. Front surface preserves below a vertical smooth surface. Above it, and projecting 0.007m., a fascia. Above this the spring of a curved molding, which is broken away almost entirely. The outer edge of the top surface is preserved as well as the weathering line of the super incumbent block. Behind the weathering line is preserved part of a letter: Π (?). From the Temple of Ares. Pentelic marble. | |
