Title:   Ceiling Coffer Fragment

Description:   Fragment of coffered beam of type B, broken at both sides and top. Back surface rough-picked. Bottom surface smooth for 0.013m., with carved bead and reel in center. Remainder of lower surface is tooth-chiseled resting surface. Inner surface has lower pair of fascia and ovolo with traces of egg and dart on latter.
From Parthenon.
Pentelic marble.
