Ornamentation in two tiers: lowest tier has two eggs and a dart in center, flanked by acanthus leaves; upper tire has spiraling stalks curving out towards corners. Palmette frames central stalk with flower. Decoration on sides the same, but preserved only half width. Back very rough, probably cut down. Dowel hole in bottom. Pentelic marble. Same series as A 4474. | |
