Part of one handle and ring missing.

Flaring foot on low fat stem. Shallow bowl; rim flat on top. Two vertical ring handles with rings. High moulded ring within stem. Groove just below rim outside. Burned.

P 19557 C 19:5 (b) has a similar groove below the rim.
