Part of foot and much of wall and rim missing.
Ring foot; wall slightly angled; rim projecting outwards. Decoration inside: a circle of enclosed ovules within palmettes. Glazed inside and out. Reserved: the resting surface, the junction of foot and wall and of foot and underside, and center of underside.
