Three-fourths of wall and rim missing.
Lightly molded ring foot; beveled resting surface; pointed underside.
Scraped groove below rim. Dull black glaze, red to brown below stacking line and inside.
A similar shape from Macedonia, with West Slope decoration, is dated in the later part of the 3rd century: cf. Veroia, Π 2151, p. 97, fig. 35 on p. 148, pl. 65, from a tomb dated near the end of the 3rd century; Ancient Macedonia, nos. 280, 281, p. 323 (from Pella).
