I, youth (most of wreathed head, left shoulder, and outstretched bent arm with spear) frontal, head turned in profile to left. He wears a chlamys fastened at the throat; a petasos hangs down his back. Around the tondo, stopped-maeander pattern with saltire-squares. A, man or youth (himation, feet) standing to right. Behind him, tendrils of palmette configuration at handle. Below, two reserved lines. Preliminary sketch. Relief contour on I. White (flaked): tie of petasos; wreath.
