Wall fragment from just below the shoulder. P.H. 0.06; est. diam. at shoulder 0.072.

Woman at tomb. The woman (head, arms, most of torso) dressed in a chiton stands to right, mourning, right hand outstretched, left to head. Before her is the tumulus. Above, key pattern to left. Dilute glaze: lines above and below pattern. Matte drawing: reddish brown.

The type of tumulus belongs to Nakayama's "Grabhugel" II, which is egg shaped (Nakayama, Lekythen, pp. 254--255), and it seems closest to a contemporary one from Rheneia, Mykonos 1018, which, according to Buschor (MüJb, n.s. 2, 1925, p. 190), is near the Triglyph Painter (p. 199, fig. 12); not in ARV2; Nakayama, p. 189, GH II 13.
