Title:   Stirrup Jar Fragment: Linear

Description:   Knob from a stirrup vase.
Pale buff with traces of brown paint.
ADDENDA 2018: Single sherd to a stirrup jar with flat false spout and one partially-preserved oval section vertical handle. The top of the false spout is decorated with concentric circles. The handle is monochrome with a small reserved triangle at the junction with the disk.
The paint is badly flaked, but was originally thick and fired black. There are no traces of use-wear or burning.
