Description:   Inscribed fragment with curving face.
All edges broken, but the top of the inscription is apparently preserved, since its surface is smoothly finished, whereas a band above and below it is left slightly rough.
Pentelic marble.
ADDENDA Probably from a columnar grave monument.
Context:   Found at a late Roman level, east of the south end of the Metroon.
