Description:   Inscribed fragment of plaque.
Broken at right and bottom.
In sunken panel, of which bottom edge is preserved, an eye carved in relief.
Inscribed along the top on the raised frame of the panel.
Almost certainly a dedication to "ΗΡΩΙ ΙΑΤΡΩΙ". Decree providing for melting down of silver offerings in the sanctuary of the Hero Physician, and in the list of these, eyes appear three times.

Context:   Found in late Roman context southeast of the Market Square, in the industrial area.
