Description:   Fragment of inscribed block.
The top is smooth dressed, polished as if from wear, and covered with a hard cement; the bottom is rough picked. On the preserved right side is an anathyrosis band along the top, the front, and the front part of the bottom. Left side and back broken.
Dedication commemorating a choregic victory.
Part of two lines of the inscription preserved.
Pentelic marble.
Context:   Found built into the bottom of a late pithos, in the west porch of the Library of Pantainos.
