Description:   Inscribed fragment of grave stele.

Fragment preserved pediment, inscription and part of background for relief.
Both lettering and treatment of stone rather crude. Rough picked back. Two cuts made in relief area in later ude (?). Pin hole in either side at height of inscription.
Pentelic marble.
Context:   Found in Byzantine context in a pit in a Byzantine house, east of the altar of Ares.
