Description:   Inscribed fragments.
Broken in front and back at the top.
Fragment I 7483 a), large wall block, raised as statue base. Anathyrosis along two edges of bottom. Trace of swallowtail clamp and a dowel. Inscription on what was face of wall block, finished with a drove. Top, bottom, two sides rough picked.
Two columns of the inscription preserved, apparently for two statues, man and wife.
Fragment I 7483 b), sliver from top of face, apparently non-joining. Tooling and lettering the same.
Pentelic marble.
Context:   Found built into 7th. century A.D. wall on stylobate of the Street Stoa.
