Small bottom; inside two grooved circles, incisions reminiscent of a palm branch. Triply grooved handle unpierced.
Purple-brown glaze, paint partly fired black.
Coarse buffy-brown clay fired darker in spots.
Type XXVIII of Corinth collection.
Context:   Top of well, under floor of cellar.
