Rim, sloping downwards from edge of discus; tongue pattern.
On discus, rosette round central filling hole.
Handle small, solid, double grooved.
Nozzle, does not interrupt rim pattern.
On bottom, low base ring; in the center a depression, suggesting a footprint, the five toes faintly indicated, but the narrowing at the instep much exaggerated (?).
Unglazed.
Buff to pink clay.

Context:   In loose earth overlying bedrock.
