Description:   A small piece missing from the rim; otherwise complete.
On rim, herringbone pattern, set off from the discus by two ridges.
Plain discus, with two ridges round the central filling hole.
Handle solid, double grooved above and below.
On the reverse, a circular groove, with small impressed circles; one in the center, one on either side of the base of the handle, and three at the base of the nozzle.
Unglazed.
Light red clay.
Type XXIX of Corinth collection.
ADDENDA Shallow body, elongated, the groove on the reverse setting off a rudimentary base ring; otherwise not far removed from type XXVIII of Corinth collection.
Context:   Gravelly layer.
