| Description: | Mended from many pieces, preserving most of the foot and lower part of squat body. Youth with small jug, among many large jars. His head, shoulders and right(?) arm missing; himation(?) knotted around his middle. To left behind him are four amphorae, one pair behind the other. In front of him, an especially large amphora, beyond which are visible the legs and feet of another figure facing left, with a bit of his hand holding something which looks like a stick. The three jars in the foreground appear to be set in supports like the clay rings of which fragments were found with this vase. Inside, thin glaze. Underside, miltos. Relief lines. Thin glaze for horizontal stripes on jars. Dotted band below, reserved band at sides. | |
