On the bottom, gorgoneion and incised groove; above, tall palmettes with jewelled leaves and rosettes between their tops. Below the plain rim a band of reverse spirals, another of egg pattern, three raised ridges, and band of reverse spirals. Below the slightly projecting lip, an incised groove. Metallic glaze, somewhat worn. Cf. P 13686. | |
