Title:   Black Glaze Bowl: Stamped

Description:   Fragmentary; restored in plaster; the rim and floor fragments do not join directly. Similar to P 10912 (ΠΘ 2826), but smaller; plain ring foot, thickened rounded rim. From center of floor: double grooved ring, five linked stamped palmettes; ring of egg pattern, stamped linked palmettes; ring of egg pattern.
Firm glaze; reserved: line at junction of foot and wall; resting surface; and underside, decorated with glazed bands and dot.
Context:   Well, late 5th. c. B.C.
