Title:   Black Glaze Skyphos

Description:   Put together from many fragments. Chips from the rim, larger ones from the foot, and interior gaps; both handles complete. Rim concave outside with distinct angle of offset inside. Canted handles. All over black glaze (no handle reserve) except beneath within foot (circle and dot).
Fine fabric. Good glaze fired red over large patch on one side, reddish and cloudy on underside of spreading foot.
ADDENDA Note single purple line around exterior just above handles. Good parallel, with purple well preserved, on rim fragment from same shape in Perachora inscribed fragments.
