Title:   Black Glaze Olpe

Description:   Mended from eight pieces. The handle fragment also joins at upper attachment, but needs plaster to remain. A small hole on either side.
Thin glaze, unevenly fired and mostly peeled away. Underside unglazed, and apparently a reserved band intended round outside, lower edge (smeared over). Near the handle, trace of a narrow red(?) band around center of vase.
Context:   Rectangular rockcut shaft.
