Description: | a) Made up of four pieces, two of which were originally catalogued as P 5223, f) and i). Part of right side of panel and lower right corner, a single reserved line as frame at side, a neat band of egg and dart at bottom. Back of head and left side of nude youth facing left, with one foot kicked up behind. His cloak is carried over his upper arm. b) Lower left corner of panel with part of figure striding right, and a bit of hanging drapery. Pinkish-buff clay; good black glaze; thin brown wash on inside. No relief contour. Trace of fillet, white yellowed over. | |
