Description:   Intact. Broad ring foot, steep slightly rounded walls thickened at the top to form rounded incurving lip.
Very heavy fabric. Good black glaze over all, except for scraped grooves at junction of foot and wall, resting surface of foot, and space inside foot, decorated with a broad and two narrow glazed circles.
ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ:   Μελαμβαφές αλατοδοχείο με αποκλίνον προς τα μέσα χείλος. Ακέραιο.
Notes:   Probably belongs with deposit A 18:7.
Context:   Drain cutting, Hellenistic and late Roman fill.
