Description: | Fragment from wall to shoulder; a single mastos preserved above. The mastos is reserved. Egg and dart band below scene. Much of the forequarters and the heads of four horses, stepping right, remain. Partial relief contour; drawing in fine black lines; the collars each a broad black band. Thick clay for bosses on horses' collars and bridles, and for the reins; traces of gold leaf on several of the bosses. A central rib of added clay for each of the ovolos. For the shape, cf. P 15840 and P 15841. | |
