Title:   Black Glaze Bowl with Lid

Description:   Mended from many pieces; part of wall and rim of bowl, and of rim of lid, missing; restored in plaster. Hemispherical bowl on ring foot; high vertical flange for lid, inset. Flat-topped lid with plain down-turned rim. High central handle with stepped knob.
Fairly good black glaze all over, inside and out, somewhat mottled and worn. The clay brownish.
Conservation Status:   Finished
Context:   Crevice in rock surface = grave. Found with P 14803, P 14804.
