Description:   Fragments of rim and floor, and a piece of one handle, missing; restored in plaster. Round-bottomed casserole with angular shoulder and high nearly vertical rim, flanged well down on inside to take a lid. Horizontal handles attached at shoulder angle and up-turned above the top of the rim. Small spout, also at shoulder angle, not pierced.
Red cooking ware fabric, either very well polished, or washed perhaps with dilute glaze. The bottom blackened.
Context:   Well, middle fill, containers 11-25. Context ca. 425-400 B.C.
