Title:   Miniature Amphora

Description:   Neck and rim, with handles and body to level of greatest diameter, preserved; the lower part restored in plaster. The shape as P 17356 (ΩΔ 340) in miniature; a raised ring below the rim. The neck reserved and decorated with incised circle and vertical zigzag to each side; the rest of the body, the handles, and the rim glazed, except for a reserved band with two glaze lines in it around the body below the handles.
Attic clay. Dull red glaze, much worn.
Context:   Well, 7th. c., below east part of Odeion Cavea.
