Description: | Mended from five pieces; about one-third of the rilled rim missing. Inside, an ivy pattern in heavy clay-colored paint with the berries in white. A circle from which the glaze has been in part chipped away seems to show where another pot rested on this one in the kiln. Neat ring foot. Glaze, firm but dull, all over, save where it has been scraped away at the bottom of the grooves on the rim. Fine pinkish buff clay. | |
