Description: | A single fragment preserves part of the curving wall of a shallow basin or brazier, with a projecting rim slightly round on the top. Attached to the wall below the rim is a wide flat lug handle, its top decorated with three circular stamps, in each of which a palmette. Coarse red clay; traces of red wash on the handle. Marks of burning around the inner edge of the rim. Cf. P 19564 (ΝΝ 4463). | |
