Description: | Mouth, neck to attachment at shoulder, and upper attachment of band handle preserved. Long, slightly curved neck attached at an angle to body. Round mouth with moulded ring below plain slightly flaring lip. Band handle, starting well down on neck at back; rotelle on either side of it, near upper part of neck. Black glaze much flaked and worn; on the rotelles, a star, with white dot center, in thinned clay paint; traces of decoration on the neck also. | |
