Description: | Two joining fragments from upper part. Egg pattern around knob. At left, upper part of a woman seated left, but turned back, holding a mirror in her raised right hand. In front of her, Eros bending over. At right, a nude male figure seated in a high-backed chair, looking left. White (now almost entirely worn off) with dilute glaze overpainting for the flesh of the woman and of Eros; an added color, now gone, for the mirror, for a cloak behind the woman's body and for Eros' wings. No relief contour. | |
