Title:   Black Glaze Skyphos: Corinthian Type

Description:   Missing one handle and fragments of walls. Restored in plaster. Spreading foot with sharp outer edge; resting surface and inner face of foot form one continuous convex curve. Only a tiny recess to mark off the floor from the foot. Horizontal handle, its right root set slightly higher than the left. The underside of the floor is reserved and reddened and bears two glazed circles and a dot. There is also a narrow reserved and reddened band around the outer edge of the resting surface. Otherwise glazed over all.
