Description:   Missing part of one handle and about half the body; restored in plaster. High ring foot; narrow resting surface; inner face of foot rises in concave curve to merge in underside of floor, which is convex. Ovoid body curving directly, i.e. without a shoulder, into deep concave neck. Plain flaring rim, rounded on top. Vertical handles, circular in section, rooted in upper part of body and base of neck; there is a depression at the base of each handle.
Red fabric, thin and gritty. A light colored wash was applied to exterior, but has mostly peeled off.
Context:   Well, boxes 70-75. Context ca. 460-440 B.C.
