Title:   Jug with Gouged Decoration

Description:   Most of neck missing; otherwise intact. Restored in plaster. Ring foot; slender ovoid body; no shoulder; rolled lip; single vertical ridged handle. Oblique gouging from base of neck to point of maximum diameter.
Hard brownish clay with bits. Dull purplish-brown glaze over upper two-thirds of body.
