Title:   Black Glaze Bolsal: Stamped

Description:   Mended from three fragments. More than half of sides and rim restored in plaster. The start of one handle is preserved. Central design of four radiating palmettes enclosed in band of tongue between narrow raised ridges. Six palmettes (one missing) outside tongue band. Stamping rudely done. One broad, flanked by two narrow, concentric circles on reserved bottom of ring foot (rubbed with pink). Reserved groove above foot.
Good glaze.
