Description: | Fragment from the top of a pot with a small round mouth over which are two basket handles at right angles to one another. The lower part of the pot is broken away, but at the line of break there are four places, symmetrically spaced, where a finished edge appears, indicating that there were openings in the side. Gritty pinkish-buff clay. Dull, very light brown paint sketchily applied and mostly gone. Cf. P 22861, P 15785, P 11204 a-d, P 4151. | |
