Title:   Black Figure Cup

Description:   Mended from several pieces. Concave profile of foot. Reserved: inside of rim, inside of handles, profile and underside of foot, upper half and top of the hollowness of the foot. Inside: bearded satyr running right within three glazed concentric circles; head of satyr missing.
Outside A) and B): in the middle Dionysos seated on a diphros to right holding a horn; he is wrapped up in his himation. On either side one bearded satyr dancing right, looking back, with long fillet hanging down from his neck. Then on either side, one bearded figure reclining to right, wearing himation and wreaths or a sort of hair dressing(?). Vine branches with clusters in the field, some probaby held by the figures. Under each handle a dolphin. Below the picture reserved band. Dots and stripes of garments and fillets of satyrs rendered in added color, now faded. Very rough style.
