Title:   Black Glaze Cup Skyphos Fragment with Incised Decoration: Stamped

Description:   Two joining fragments preserve part of the floor and foot of a thin-walled cup skyphos. Neatly profiled foot; on the reserved underside, narrow and wide glazed bands.
On the floor, rays, the lines incised with a split point, the tips made with a small arc stamp. Outside the rays a band of cable pattern; another at the center of the floor, stamped over the inner ends of the rays, both these made with the arc stamp.
Pink clay, good glaze.
