Description: | Mended from several pieces; foot and lower front part preserved. Small spreading foot, flat resting surface. Warrior running right (greaves, sword, short chiton and shield) followed by another warrior (greaves, short chiton, spear, sword). Behind him stands a draped figure holding a long staff or spear. Use of red. Lower halves of the figures only preserved. Underside reserved. Inside, partly covered with light wash and some large drops of glaze had fallen on bottom. Buff-pink clay. | |
