Title:   Red Figure Plate Fragments

Description:   Six fragments join to form about half the rim; a seventh fragment, from the rim, does not join. Flat bottom, reserved, with a band of glaze around its outer edge this band separated from the glazed undersurface of the rim by a reserved band. The top of the rim reserved, save at the edge; in it, at the top, two holes for suspension.
Two grooves set off the central medallion of which only a small segment of the left side remains. On this is what appears to be part of the right side of a draped standing figure with the right arm bent at the elbow. Relief contours.
Glaze fired red to brown. Pink wash on the rim and (?) on the figure.
