Description:   Missing are head of plastic figure, tips of wings, left forearm of figure and assorted minor chips. Elaborately moulded base pierced by small hole at center of underside and at top of base in front of figure. Lekythos decorated with large palmette over band of dots. Figure is winged female (Nike or Eros?) whose lower legs are partly covered by diaphanous drapery which hangs from shoulders and billows to feet behind. Right hand holds closed vessel (oinochoe?) which rests on altar at proper right. Left arm is crooked and hand is placed over left breast (-or hand of little baby Eros?? S.R.).
Traces of blue and red paint on white slip. Orange-beige clay.
