Description: | From near the top of a large krater; broken all around, depicting a winged figure. At the top of the fragment, outside, part of a very large laurel border(?). Below, an irregular horizontal stripe, reserved, apparently serving as upper border to the picture, but not continuing to the edge of the sherd at the left. The ends of both wings, and the figure below the chest are missing. In the field above, right, a trefoil-shaped object, reserved, and ornamented with two large dots of white and two yellow (thinned glaze) stripes. No contours. Good black glaze on the interior. | |
