Title:   Bowl Fragment with Punched Decoration: Ribbed

Description:   Part of the wall of the vase, with deep vertical "reeding". Outside, above the reeding, apparently a row of raised dots, deeply cut, and a plain rim. Over the reeding a thick hollow bar handle, also ribbed, has been added. Inside, at about the level of the bottom of the handle is a horizontal band of deeply cut raised dots.
Coarse clay with traces of orange-colored paint or glaze inside and out.
Context:   Stream deposit at millrace level. 6th.-7th. c. A.D.
