Description:   Mended with P 30563. Parts of bottom, front, back preserved. Flat bottom, oval in shape, unglazed. Vertical back wall slightly curved, black glazed. Front: on one side, rear part of small animal possibly a goat, with tail missing, rear leg placed at bottom of piece, front leg and body raised up over broad black glazed band on which possible other figures stood. Second animal leg preserved standing on band; unclear if this leg belongs to the preserved animal or to a second one. Traces of white paint on animal(s).
Orange fabric, black glaze, traces of added white paint.
ADDENDA Child Dionysos riding sidesaddle on panther.
