Title:   Black Glaze Skyphos with Graffito

Description:   Ring base at foot of stem which flares to incurving body with simple out-turned rim. Set just below the rim, two-angled horizontal handles, of which one is broken away.
Attic clay. Glaze in partly mottled but fairly solid band on upper part of pot; thinner below. Peeled red glaze inside. On underside of base, concentric circles in glaze. Cross-scratched in dry clay across full width.
