Title:   Basin Fragment with Glaze Decoration

Description:   Edge of floor of basin (or of shoulder of large closed form), with body angle.
At the angle, stump of a thick round-sectioned foot or handle, with surrounding ring at junction with body.
Buff clay with slight inclusions; patches of olive-green glaze on inside, worn remains of whitish to dark green-blue glaze on outside.
Possibly Mesopotamian/Tarsus fabric.

Context:   Below LR strosis, change III, area south of lime pits. Late 2nd cent. context?
